MMS Development Training Center Corporation was officially established in January of 1998. Long before it came into being, Ms. Merlina B. Gadrinab. The owner and President has seen the need and demand for Caregivers in Canada. She has been helping people realize their dreams by aiding them in acquiring potential employers through referrals. These sincere and unselfish acts have paved a way in finally putting up a formal training school which envisioned her aspiration of producing qualified caregivers and at same time helping others achieve their goals by making care giving job as stepping stones for a more secured future for themselves and loved ones.

The First Center was established in Las Piñas City, which became the Main Office and training center. Finally, after almost a year of operation with its primary goal of reaching to other parts of the country. MMS DTCC Baguio Branch was born last 1999 to provide relevant training to interested people of the North. Seeing greater needs and opportunities of the South. MMS DTCC Cagayan de Oro Branch and Bukidnon was finally put up in April of 2000. In its vision to cater the global market competitive health care providers, MMS International Career College was also established in Covina, California, United States of America.

At present, MMS-MBL Development Training Center Corporation with three branches strategically located nationwide, still continues to strive with great fervor in providing an atmosphere of learning and training to individuals who believe in our motto of “Quality Life through Quality Care”.
